Anthony N. Picillo has been practicing law for 30 years, 20 of which have been spent helping accident victims get personal injury settlements. Anthony is known for both his hard and soft skills in the legal industry. In addition to being recognized for his business strategy and development skills, he also performs extensive research on every case and gives practical, wise advice to his clients. Anthony represents clients from a broad spectrum of issues, such as medical malpractice, personal injury, DUI/DWI, workplace injury, dog bites, auto accidents, real estate, and many others. 

Aside from his professionalism and knowledge of the law, Anthony’s interpersonal skills make him easy to work with, both individually and in a team. He is a natural leader who mentors from within, helping peers and employees achieve their own goals while following his mission to provide for his clientele.

As an inductee to the West Orange High School Hall of Fame, Anthony knew that sports would play a prominent role in his life. He received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. In addition to his exemplary grades, Anthony was very active in sports and was on the varsity baseball team. 

He went on to continue his education at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he graduated in 1990. Anthony then spent several years gaining valuable experience as a public advocate for the Township of West Orange Planning Board and Board of Adjustment. He also worked as a public defender for the Township of West Orange Municipal Court. After procuring substantial experience, he was ready to branch out on his own. Anthony established the Law Offices of Anthony N. Picillo in 1993. 

In his spare time, Anthony is never far away from his love of baseball. He has been a Caldwell little league coach and a member of the Board of Directors for two decades, enriching the lives of those around him. In addition to coaching young children, Anthony takes pride in coaching all ages through the high school years. Anthony is someone always in search of self-improvement, whether intellectually or physically. As a certified Parisi coach, he uses their proprietary formula to improve his knowledge about his own body’s skills in speed and sports performance, based on science and sports psychology.
